For some reason, we had so much trouble getting this prescription. We went to several different pharmacies. We called them. The doctors office never followed through regardless, but CVS had it thank goodness. The experience Wasn’t very special, but it was OK and we paid and left. That’s pretty much about it.
Prescription service at CVS in Augusta was professional, quick and excellent. Store was immaculate. I was filling a prescription for an out of state order..and it was completed with NO issues. thanks!
I have as of today decided to CVS because of treatment by staff and their willingness to find me the lowest price possible. Also took much less time to get my prescriptions than it ever took at my previous pharmacy
Staff is nice and the place is pretty clean, and I've never had a ridiculously long wait in the pharmacy.
I do not recommend this cvs pharmacy. Waited over 15 min to speak to any person at the pharmacy and then told I needed to be more patient by the tech. I needed a covid test for work and our RV wouldn't fit under your drive thru so they made me walk through the drive thru. You need more patience with your patients.
