Main Street Pharmacy - Danbury

Kate (a pharmacy tech at Main Street Pharmacy) has been absolutely superb! She explained clearly & then followed through on each of the multiple things she said she would do over the past week or so to get my mother-in-law's 10 medications switched from a different pharmacy that doesn't have as user-friendly a "blister pack program" as does Main Street Pharmacy, in preparation for delivery today. Words cannot begin to express my sincere gratitude to all of the pharmacists and employees that work at Main Street Pharmacy. My daughter is an epileptic and was in need of a specific brand of medication named depakote. Walgreens, CVS and other private pharmacies could not obtain this medication. When I called Main Street Pharmacy, I spoke to a pharmacist right away. There was no holding on the line for 30 to 45 minutes which is a common issue with the bigger chain pharmacies. The staff at Main Street Pharmacy went out of their way to do everything possible to ensure that my daughter received the medication before the prescription ran out. The best and most convenient pharmacy with knowledgeable staff. Easy calling in and easy medication pick up. Rasheed is always very kind and acknowledges us by name, asking how we are doing each time. The friendly is Pharmacy around. After major surgery, I can't even stand up in my regular. Pharmacy refuses to deliver for Medicaid patients which is completely disrespectful. I found out that you do and I've been super happy with you and I just had all of my prescriptions sent to you. They're losing a lot of business!
