Our visit to this office was a great experience. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The process was easy and quick. The staff were attentive and thorough. The doctor was kind, professional, and clear at providing consultation results. We were able to start the process same day. Staff provided the payment information breakdown and was accommodating to this as well.

We have been going to Main Street Orthodontics of Kendall for several years with both of our kids. Dr. Prieto and his staff are excellent. Very knowledgeable, responsive, and great service. Recently my daughter's bracket had an issue in the evening. We called the emergency line and spoke to Dr. Prieto himself who told us to come in the next day (a Saturday) in the morning. He fixed it right away that morning. Can't beat that!!

Dr. Prieto is AMAZING!!! His experience and knowledge is impressive and his bed side manner even more so. He made us feel comfortable from the start about our son’s treatment plan. Everything he has said has been spot on and everything he has recommended has worked like a charm! His experience, knowledge and professionalism is the reason I can recommend him without reservation! I’ve been going to this orthodontist since middle school, so I’ve been a patient here for several years and I know the staff well. Unfortunately, the professionalism in this office has gone downhill, and it’s clear that no one really knows what they’re doing anymore. I came in today because I needed a new retainer after losing mine. Over the phone, I was told it would cost $200. When I arrived, they charged me an unexpected $50 consultation fee, even though I’m an existing patient. If they were going to add that fee, they should’ve been upfront and said the total would be $250, not $200. It feels misleading. On top of that, the entire visit was chaotic. One staff member came up to me acting confused and was about to put a wire retainer on me, even though I’ve always used a clear retainer.

Dr. Prieto and staff are amazing. They are honest, flexible with appointments, patient, and treat each patient with respect and as if it was their own child. I am so happy I found a great orthodontist.
