They always remember me and greet me by name, which makes me feel valued and comfortable from the moment I walk in. The office is clean, organized, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff takes the time to explain everything clearly and answers any questions I have, which really helps ease any nerves. MSFD is AMAZING!!! I started going there about 13 years ago when I first moved to Holly Springs, and even now that I live 40 minutes away, I still happily make the drive. That says everything. The office staff is always warm and welcoming, the hygienists are fantastic, the assistants are knowledgeable and kind, and the dentists are truly top-notch. Everyone is professional, pleasant, and genuinely cares about their patients. I’ve had way more dental work than I care to admit, and MSFD has been there for me every step of the way. I trust them completely. They’re stuck with me forever! 😄

I was referred to this practice, by the VA. I was grouchy and in a lot of pain. I didn't expect much, as I had been battling for dental treatment, and had awful dental service prior to visiting this office. I was very pleasantly surprised. The office is modern and comfortable. The staff is kind, gentle, and caring. The technology is the most advanced of any dental office I've visited. I'm switching my entire family to this practice, as well as anyone who cares to listen to me brag about my dentist. To the staff: Thank you for your professionalism, respect, and empathy. They failed completely to listen to what I was asking them to do when giving them the option to review a possible failed procedure that was done there by a dentist who no longer works there apparently and in their failed intake process preformed exams that I did not ask for which had been done an hour earlier at my current dentist. Then tried to charge me for it. They are in the business of trying to take your money for anything and everything. I highly recommend a more attentive practice. They continue to harass me with a bill that is not mine to pay. While small, the principle is what matters. My current dentist didn’t even charge me for what they are trying to charge me for. I highly recommend this dental practice. I have been a patient for almost 2 years now for general checkups, fillings and a crown. The entire office staff, dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists are consistently friendly and professional. Dr. Giles has always taken the time to answer my questions and thoughtful in her evaluations. This last visit Toni was great as well. Amazing empathy and care!
