Very unprofessional. Not at first, but watch out! I had a crown that fell out 3 times, he put a temp in, then DRILLED DOWN my TEETH and CROWNS that he did on one side. When I sat up I told him "my teeth don't touch." He told me "when you come back for crown, I drill down other side." And "Most people end up with flat ones anyway". I couldn't come back until 4 months later bc he was supposedly in the hospital. His office NEVER told me he was back. (My temp didn't last the weekend.) So of course I had to find another dentist that takes Masshealth. That took almost 2 months. By the time I saw Lu again it was about 31/2 m. later. He didn't like that I saw another dentist at all! The first thing he asked me was "Who? Who did you go to?" I told him it didn't matter who, he was in the hospital.

Upon my arrival, I was made to feel very welcome. The staff demonstrates flexibility and understanding when arranging appointments. Dr. Lu is both gentle and friendly. The facility is clean and well-maintained. Everyone is professional and kind. I have discovered a wonderful new dental group, and I have no complaints whatsoever.

Dr Lu is awesome, so caring of how your feeling , always asking if your ok. The staff very pleasant and friendly!

Dr Lu and his team are amazing! They were able to squeeze me in right at the end of the year for root canal. They were very accommodating and even were able to come in after office hours . I went to couple of different dental clinics to fix a bad tooth under a bridge, and what I was told is that tooth would have to be pulled out. Dr Lu was able to fix the tooth and put another bridge on top of it, and all it took him about a month. Extremely grateful !

This dr put on a crown 10x it never fit right. He filed down a bunch of my teeth to make it fit. And messed them all up.Do not go to this guy. He looks down on people who get mass health And will ruin your teeth.
