ConvenientMD Urgent Care

I too want to say that I have had two of my best experiences of using urgent care, maybe even Dr visits, at the new ConvenientMD in Agawam. Both visits I loved the doctor’s, their assistant’s , the whole place. New and clean obviously. Very quick service!! Again, loved the doctors, wonderful, going places, aiding their community!! Wonderful addition to the town 👍 👍.

This was my 1st time here. (I have been to about 3 other local area Urgent Care Centers) I give 5 ⭐️ for the care I received. I just walked in, signed in on the kiosk. (I did not sign up online, which may have sped up the process?) I walked out less than an hour later, treated & very grateful! The staff was very kind & knowledgeable. I am happy we have this facility so close to home.

From start to finish, this was the best experience I've ever had at an urgent care facility. Making an appt online and check-in were easy, my appointment was on time to the minute. The facility was clean and staff were friendly. The individual who took my info was kind, and the PA who helped me was thorough and clear. 100% recommend.

Convenient location, very nice staff. It would help if the waiting line notification worked better. Once, we were not on the board , but in the system, and waited 90 minutes. Another time, we were tenth in line, went out to the car for 5 minutes, missed our call , and they canceled our appointment. They did reschedule. It would help to know where you are in line , or if you got a text message to show it was almost your turn. No one wants to sit in a crowded waiting room full of sick people, if you don't have to. Other than that, a very good experience. Thank you.

The clinic is very clean and organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I walked in, checked myself in at the kiosk and completed the paperwork on my phone. I was able to see my place in line and seen after a short wait. I was given a final diagnosis, a prescription was called in and I was discharged. This took about 1 hour and a half. Very pleased!
