This office has changed my life. Gabby, Kelsey, Jessica and Mary are absolutely AMAZING!!!!! The support and love you receive from the staff is like nothing you will find anywhere else. It is not a magic pill or shot. They care...YES the staff actually care about the patients. The counseling about nutrition and how to help improve yourself each week is life changing. I NEVER thought I would be able to say I would have lost weight. But at 50 years old I dropped 102lbs and still counting. I could not have done this without the help and support of Dr. Luber and his amazing staff. 💜

I should’ve read the reviews before setting up an appointment here. The providers take no responsibility for actually getting things done. They want to put you through a program that involves a bunch of meetings with a bunch of different people that take at least six weeks before they’ll even check with your insurance to ensure that a weight loss drug is covered under your insurance. Meanwhile, insurance will not speak to anyone besides the provider to give information about prior authorization and coverage. So essentially the way this business makes money is to hold you hostage and have you go through four appointments/programs before they’ll even do the courtesy of speaking to your insurance as your provider. Stay away.

I cannot express in words how amazing Dr. Luber, and his Staff are, and I highly recommend this Practice. The entire staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. I work closely with Kelsey and Jess and the level of service and support I receive is truly exceptional. Kelsey is amazing and goes above and beyond to give me the support and materials I need to succeed. The experience has been life changing and has given me my life back. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Dr. Luber, Kelsey and Jess for being there for me every step of the way.

I've been going here off and on for about 5 years. I'm so glad this place exists. I currently see Ashley O'Neill, PA. She's been my favorite over the years. She really cares and is super supportive. And the random times I may have a bad week (either cheated on my diet or just plateaued) and didn't lose weight that week, she didn't make me feel bad about myself....only continued to encourage me. And I can't say enough about Joanne, the nurse who weighs you in. She's "real people" and always puts a smile on my face. . .

the woman who answers the phone is so rude that i will Never go back there again. if you are looking for real help the unsympathetic staff will refuse treating you if you are honest with them so i advise you to lie about anything they may feel disqualifies you such as grief. there are no real doctors on the staff, and the staff turnover is monthly.......
