I walked in with a script and was warmly greeted by Khalil & Alyssa. They were very cordial and helpful in recommending frames. Suffice to say the frame recommeded first by Khalil was the one that I ended up buying. I had an eye exam and purchased three pairs of eyeglasses this morning at the Warby Parker at Ellis Preserve in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. I would shop there again in a heartbeat and will recommend this store to all my friends and family members. The three people who took care of me were kind, attentive, and gracious. I was truly impressed with the care and attention they gave to me. Also, the store carries a wide selection of frames - very fashionable - so I was a happy camper. All of this at very reasonable prices.So, great products and truly extraordinary and gracious customer service - why would someone shop anywhere else?

I had an excellent experience buying prescription glasses at Warby Parker Ellis Preserve. Uganda and Stefan helped me with my purchases and provided great advice on style and colors. They were very helpful to me on correct fit of the glasses. Dr. Wilkinson performed a thorough eye exam and was informative and friendly.

The customer service at Warby Parker at Ellis Preserve is exceptional! My husband recently broke the frames of his driving glasses and went to WP to see if they could repair them. Not only did they fix them while he waited, but they could not have been nicer. Thank you!!

When I got there, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They shared the current promotions and gave me plenty of time to look around without being pushy. They were very professional and helpful, assisting only when needed. I really appreciated how they even took the time to show my sons how the little light worked like UV light and how the frames changed colors. Overall, a great experience very informative and customer-focused!
