Love everything about Main Line MedSpa. Everyone who works there is so helpful and friendly, great environment while getting any of their treatments. I have seen Colleen for so many different services and she is always so knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure I am getting what I need and look/feel the best. Can't recommend it enough!

my husband and i had both bad experiences at this location. i had a pelvic ultrasound a couple of weeks ago and my appointment was at 8 and by then my kidneys were aching to go to the bathroom and everyone else only sat down for a couple of minutes and they were called in. when i went to open the door to the waiting area, there was one nurse on her cell phone and one nurse who came towards me with her hands on her hips, said we dont open til eight, i then told her i needed to go to the bathroom she said wait until eight, well eight o clock came and went and still no one came to get me. well i was not taken until 6 after eight and the nurse did the test and she said the dr ordered a transvaginal ultrasound which i was not prepared to do, since i did not know the dr ordered it. she tried h

The urgent care was nasty there was blood all over the floor dry blood at that so it’s been there for a while! The desk staff had an attitude from the moment I walked in and were very rude. The Nurses in the back where great an fast though an where able too accommodate me quickly

Great experience here. Reception staff was very friendly and efficient (I actually had to call before my appointment to inquire about an insurance holdup and the person I spoke with looked into it right away and let me know it would be sorted out by the time of my appointment). I really liked Dr. Heinzel’s demeanor and attitude toward patient care. He was very informative about the different steps of the exam and asked thorough questions to get a sense of my medical history. He also made it clear that he was available if I had any issues or questions before my next annual visit. Overall a really positive experience starting over with a new healthcare system, which can be stressful.

Booked via the Mainline Portal twice for Urgent Care Appointments. Showed up at the exact time and waited for an hour. I complained to the receptionist about this and she told me the online schedule just lets you skip the clipboard but doesn't reserve a spot and agreed that is an idiotic system. She said management is aware and is not doing anything.
