PA Pham is in the wrong profession. I went to have her check on my right ear. Instead she treated my left ear. Whatever she had poured in my left ear made me scream in pain. I scream so loud that other nurses came to help. Everyone was panicking and left me by myself. It seemlike forever that I was alone I was crying and in pain so I called my daughter for help.my daughter was going to come to the doctor office when they finally came back into the room. PA Pham didn't even have the decency to talk to my daughter. She had a nurse talk with her. My daughter decided to come for me .
