Magnolia Pharmacy

There been changes here! I am not happy. They close when they feel like it. It’s like they no longer take care of the people in the community. It’s like they don’t know what they are doing!!!!!!

My experience in this pharmacy has been a dream come true. I get my meds promptly every month. I have no problems, the staff are very nice. They knew my name real fast, I don’t know if that is good or bad lol… I am very happy with this establishment.

I made a mistake and switched to this pharmacy and noticed a few times that they either don’t carry most meds or just don’t communicate properly when there is a problem they don’t extend any type of help at all, regular meds is ok but when there is something different they just don’t care to attend the client, how at 4pm there is no tech to fill a prescription and you have to go home in pain, how they deny a meds never call to help and get it approved either and wait til last minute to simply admit they don’t carry a medication and help the client get it somewhere else. I tried and gave them the benefit but today used Marcia pharmacy on 106th to fill a narcotic pain medication no drama no issues and filled in 5 minutes. This pharmacy has a great service always very helpful and one step ahead in customer care. Using this pharmacy for a long time and never have any issue.

I called this pharmacy today to see if they have any of my medications in stock and a man that sounds Asian or Chinese told me they don’t carry it in such a rude tone and hung up on my face! This place is very unprofessional and RUDE!!
