Erin at the front desk is very polite and provided great customer service. A very friendly person. Dr. Jennifer does an awesome job of explaining everything as you go through the process. She has a fantastic personality and really shows an interest in the PERSON as a patient, not just another number coming through the door. I highly recommend this office for their professional service and they’re fantastic personalities.

Needed some impressions for a set of in ear monitors done. Called around to a couple of other highly rated audiologists in area to check pricing. After talking to Magnolia Hearing I realized that other audiologists were charging 4 to 5 times more for basic services. Magnolia hearing charged me fairly, and got me in to see them in 24hrs. Their staff was friendly, and the service they provided was excellent. If you need an audiologist, go see these guys, they will look to take care of you rather than take advantage of you.

Dr. Crider is very knowledgeable and kind! She took time to explain my daughter's results and was willing to answer all of my questions. If you are in need of an audiologist, I highly recommend her.
