Magnolia Express Care

Decided to come here instead of face pace just for the sole reason that they opened earlier. It was a pretty pleasant visit. We were in and out within 30 minutes. Very happy! Until it came time to get my medication. We had an errand to run before going to the pharmacy. Got there and hour and a half after my visit, no prescriptions sent. Called them “sending over now” went about my day and did some Christmas shopping. Come back on hour and half later. Still no prescriptions. Called again. Same thing was said “sending over now”. Go back to the pharmacy desk and they only send one of 2. I tried calling again and I got put on hold for over 15 minutes until the pharmacist got fed up and called and they answered her and i finally got my 2nd prescription. Will bite the bullet and wait for face p

These people are great. They are kind and caring. I had a terrible ear infection and have gone here for after hours care. The entire staff is fantastic. I really can’t say enough good about them. No matter if it’s busy or not they are attentive and efficient. High five to them! I live 30 min away now and it’s nice to know I can get care. I never seem to need care at a convenient time. Even the people on the phone are kind and patient.

The lady took my grandmothers blood pressure and it’s was 110 on the bottom . She said NOTHING . she didn’t even make eye contact with us or explain what she was doing . Very rude . Not to mention we waited for over an hour just sitting .

I felt completely ignored as a patient today. I went to the doctor because I had been feeling bad since Friday afternoon and I do not want to have to miss work. The nurse swabbed me for strep because that's what it felt like I really had. Then the dr came in and said since that is negative, I am going to swab you for flu and covid .Then 30ish minutes later a different girl came in there and handed me papers and said you're free to go! I had to ask for the dr to come in there to talk about my test results and what to do for treatment. Oh, and no there was not alot of people there. I may have been more understanding if she had a ton of patients but I went right when they opened the doors at 8am! There were very few vehicles in the parking lot when I left.

This place opened at 8.00 o’clock, I was from out of town and did not feel good. I was in there and out by 8.30. Jennifer was my provider and she was awesome. Everyone there was, will go there again if I need too. Would recommend this place to anyone.
