They don't even deserve 1 star, I am so upset I called and made an appointment and talked to two people on the phone about wanting a wellness exam and they didn't even take the time to make a note of it in the record/computer. One was a receptionist and one was a mail nurse then Laquita Bain was so rude and didn't seem to want to help me at all, telling me they are too busy and only have 15 minutes to see a patient and she would not increase the celebrex my old pc provider prescribed me and I am in pain because three weeks ago I had an ablation for my neck and it didn't work. She just didn't believe in prescribing that because of possible problems that don't apply to my situation and she was just so rude the whole time like I was wasting her time and in reality she was wasting my time and
Dr.Yates is a life saver. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a doctor that is kind, listens, and actively works to better your health. Thank you Dr.Yates and Magnolia Family Medical Practice.

She's been my doctor for 11 years. Dr. Erica Yates and I love her. She has helped me so much with several different situations. So I give the shout out to dr Erica my whole family goes to Dr. Erica Yates's .
I was having trouble breathing and Dr. Brooks Pratt gave me antibiotics and Prednisone on top of a decadron shot. Before I left the office I was starting to breathe better. I trust Dr. Leonard Joseph Pratt and now I trust his son Dr. Brooks Pratt. I also trust Lauren Horton NP. I worked at the hospital that Dr. Leonard Joseph Pratt worked at as an ER doctor and then when he first started his office practice. I was a patient of his and when he went to Corinth to continue his office practice I went with him. My insurance changed and I had to change my primary doctor. Then my insurance changed again and I broke my leg I found out that I could change my primary doctor to Dr. Dr. Brooks Pratt so I quickly changed to Dr. Brooks Pratt. I will continue to have my primary doctor as Dr. Brooks Pratt
