The doctor is so sweet and informative. The staff is so helpful and kind. They went out of their way to make sure I had a smooth transition into being a glasses wearer. I also have brought my daughter in since she was 6... they do wonderful with children! She is always excited to go back for her check up!

Worst eye Dr in town. The only thing good about this place are two sisters that work behind the desk. He over corrected my vision... I have since gotten this fixed at a different optometrist office. He was really unprofessional and unprepared to see my 3 year old. At one point when his staff poorly prepped his office he jumped up leaving us abruptly in the office without explanation. When I returned to have my glasses checked because I could NOT see through them the girl at the front jammed them on my head telling me that was the issue. Needless to say I only had obscenities to respond to her with. Find somewhere else. I just paid cash at a different office when my insurance totally covers this place....No thanks. Save yourself and your eyes and see a professional this place sucks.

they have the worst customer service ever! Both my daughters broken their frames over the Christmas break, I called to see if they were still under warranty, the woman looks up the account and says one of my girls was and they have the frames and if we bring them in they will warranty them. I send my mother in law over there a few days later and they tell her they aren't under warranty and they cant help her. I speak with them and tell them what I was told and the manager basically just says sorry, they aren't under warranty anymore. So I have to schedule my daughters for an eye exam so they can get new glasses. The first appointment wasn't for almost a month later! I've been to 3 eye clinics in the Town Lake area in my 11 years of living here, and this is my least favorite place. It took them over 2 weeks to order sample contact lenses for me to try. Then, the imaging machine was broke when my daughter went in for her eye exam, and had 2 additional appointments scheduled before they finally dilated her eyes to complete the exam. Now, I'm on call number 3 within a week's period to order colored contacts, Something I've done other places with NO PROBLEM They keep telling me they'll have the doctor review my request.. and he is either not getting the message, or doesn't want to do. Oh, and don't count on being able to purchase your eye glasses with your insurance there after your exam. They do not accept our insurance to purchase eye wear. WE have

Well, my experience has been nothing but the opposite with these folks. The doc is awesome and the front office folks are always helpful in helping my pick out new lenses, etc. I never have an issue with insurance/billing and I've been going to them for several years now. sorry that some may have had a bad experience, but I just wanted to throw my opinion in there too.
