We've gone to MVP since my son was born 7 years ago. Both my kids absolutely Loved Jenn! I called in July to schedule his yearly well check and found out she's no longer with the practice. This office did not feel the need to notify her patients of 7 YEARS that their provider is no longer with the practice. Dr. Crespo (who we've seen on occasion and received not the same up to par care as Jenn) made this decision to just keep all these patients and just assume they would continue receiving care with her. If I could have followed Jenn to her next practice I would have. She got all the tests and referrals needed that lead to the surgeries that my kids required. She just took the time and LISTENED and that's a rare quality to find in a provider. One that will sit and work through the issues

The nurse practitioners/doctors are amazing. However like previous comments we’ve experienced so many issues with appointments getting scheduled wrong or calls reminding us for a completely different date. When the kids are sick it’s almost not guaranteed to even get an appointment scheduled. Urgent cares have been our go to. One of the receptionists is extremely rude and unprofessional. We are finally saying good bye and getting a new provider for our kiddos.

Leaving a bad review breaks my heart. We have gone to MVP for 6 years. Dr Crespo has seen 2 of my 3 kids since they were newborns. However the last year or so the staff has continued to leave. There’s not a single staff member there anymore that has been there long enough to know my kids beyond the dr. They have awful wait times for scheduled appts. You can never even get an appt because they close constantly. The building itself is run down and sad looking. I decided to switch practices and began the paperwork process to transfer but I still had my daughter’s well visit on the books because I didn’t want to leave until I had somewhere else to go. The doctors are nice but everytime I call for a same day appointment they don't have any. How do you fill your emergency appointments when you just opened? The lady up front is not very friendly either. My son goes to urgent care more than his own doctor because they say they can't see him. We will be finding a new provider.

Today I’ve never seen my son cry so bad about his dr Mrs Jennivie no longer being there. My son was diagnosed with autism and other very serious health conditions and she has been the only dr he’s seen and trust. My kids are devastated. She’s been my kids dr for over 10 years. I don’t know why she’s no longer there but I need her. My son needs her… I feel like someone died in my family. He’s the only one that knows everything about him… what are her patients supposed to do now? No warning or letters sent out or nothing. Don’t get me wrong this is definitely not a bash post because I love the office and never had any problems with anyone but this was a hard pill to swallow…. COMEEEE BACKKKKK 😭😭😭any suggestions on how to help my son understand that she didn’t leave him… autistic kids live by
