Madison Speech

Referred by my child’s pediatrician. 1. My child is currently speaking only one word. 2. The evaluator recommended only one session per week. 3. We were told the waitlist was 3–6 months. Given the level of concern, this recommendation did not align with what we later learned. We sought a second opinion at another facility, where our child was evaluated as severe and now receives two sessions weekly, which has been much more appropriate for her needs. I would encourage parents to consider getting a second opinion rather than waiting, especially if there are significant delays.

My 5 year old has a mild speech impediment and we came to Madison Speech for help. Not only is she making great progress, but she absolute adores her speech therapist. The environment is warm and welcoming; the play area helps them settle in while they wait. Makayla, our speech therapist, does such amazing job of connecting with and motivating kids. She always gives a detailed report of what they worked on and how to help. Not to mention, you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. They do a phenomenal job of taking the shame out of correcting and teaching the parents how to effectively practice at home. Yes, the waitlist is long so my advice is if you are concerned with your child’s speech, have them evaluated sooner than later. Then you can hopefully get worked in the schedule a litt

I cannot say enough great things about Madison Speech. Since September 2018 up until 2 weeks ago we were with them for our son and then our daughter. Anna Claire along with everyone there has always been the kindest and sweetest to our kids and us. Leaving Madison Speech was very hard because not old did she help our children but she also loved our kids and they loved her! The first thing my kids asked when we left was when will we go back and visit! I would highly recommend anyone who works there for anyone's children! You are not just a client there, you are family!

This is an absolutely amazing place! My beautiful preemie daughter graduated within 10 months and is doing fantastic talking!!! The amount of praise I could give to Madison speech and her therapist makayla is never ending!!!!
