Excellent dentist - both professionally and manners - great dentists and staff. We have been patients for over 14 years and we have always received excellent service. Both Emily and Paul not only are great dentists but spend time explaining what they are doing and why. Also great dental hygienists.

The customer service and billing department are absolutely horrible. They never process our insurance correctly no matter how many times you lay it out for them. We never get bills from them and then three months later out of nowhere, a text will come and say we owe money. Then when you talk to them, they offer zero help and basically say "figure it out". Then when we call our insurance, they either haven't received the claim or the claim wasn't processed correctly by the billing department, or has already been paid. There are too many great dentists in Madison and Huntsville to have to deal with this every single time! I have had different kind of care beyond cleanings, which are great, and I am very pleased with the care I have received. The folks here are really nice, caring, and professional.

Our entire family goes to Madison Family Dentistry. The service here is beyond excellent. Each and every member of staff is extremely polite and professional. They are very efficient. I have never had to wait for my appointment and I find that very remarkable. The doctors take time to explain and answer all my questions and put us at ease with our concerns. They are always mindful of my scheduling needs as well. I cannot say enough good things about this office and will recommend it in a heartbeat to my near and dear ones.
