She made sure the anesthesia was as comfortable and painless as possible, explained the entire treatment process in a very kind and clear way, and carefully checked afterward to make sure I wasn’t experiencing any discomfort. Love this practice! Dr. Perez and staff are so kind and make you feel super comfortable. Dr. Perez is a fantastic dentist: very thorough and highly skilled/dexterous. She explains everything very clearly too which helps put you at ease. Front desk are flexible and understanding when it comes to appointments including when you're running late. Office is clean and state of the art. Just go!

Have been coming to Madison Dental Loft for years for a variety of procedures - wisdom teeth removal, teeth whitening, deep cleanings and routing cleanings and have always had a great experience with Dr. Kim and his staff. Most recently had a dental cleaning with Anita, who was wonderful. Very thorough and great bedside manner. Highly recommend!

Dr Perez and staff are wonderful! From the staff at the front desk, to my dental hygienist Anita - they really are top notch. Dr. Perez meticulously repaired a deep cavity very close to the nerve, and saved me a root canal. I know a lot of people who aren’t fans of dental work. But they really make the whole experience painless. They use technology that I have never seen at other dental offices. The office is meticulous. Compassionate, professional, and highly skilled.

I am the Musical Director of a major Cirque du Soleil production and was performing in New York City when I experienced a dental emergency. I searched online and chose Madison Dental Loft, then called their office. From the very first phone call, I was warmly welcomed and offered an appointment just one hour later with Dr. Zhang. Dr. Zhang and her assistant did an outstanding job. She took excellent care of me, clearly explaining what needed to be done and how she would proceed, which immediately put me at ease. The entire experience was exceptional—I truly felt well cared for from start to finish.
