The receptionists are super nice after they get you checked in and everything they offer you water coffee while you wait. I was brought back by a dental assistant named Jordan, who was one of the sweetest ladies I have ever met. She walked me through The cleaning Process and answered any questions I had with no annoyance. She was very light handed and gentle and very accommodating to the fact that I’ve had bad experiences in the past with the dentists. Dr. Natalie Roth came in after my cleaning and did the exam and walked me through everything that I needed done answering every Question very knowledgeably and asked me multiple times if I had any questions or concerns. Dr Randall and the team at MDC are the best! I had 6 crowns done and the experience (on both ends of the process) was very good. They were very attentive and always asked how I was doing during each procedure. I would highly recommend MDC for your dental needs

I can't speak highly enough of the team at Madison Dental Care! I've been a patient for nearly 10 years. My routine cleanings are thorough and efficient - and the work they do is top notch. I had to get a crown 8 years ago, and it was Dr. Roth's knowledge and care that I remember to this day. The crown required a few trips back to the lab for perfection, but I appreciated that she didn't accept "good enough" for her work - she wouldn't do it without it being just right. (She even sang Backstreet as she worked - because she knew I was anxious and that was one way to calm me down!) Most recently, said crown fell out late on a Thursday afternoon. Thankfully, they were able to see me the next day, just hours before I was scheduled to go out of town for a wedding! Knowing my dental work nerves

I cannot say enough great things about my visit to Madison Dental Care! I am so happy to have found this place. Every single staff member I encountered was incredibly kind and welcoming. My hygienist, Casey, was fantastic—she was very thorough with the scans and cleaning and took great care to ensure I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Roth also has an amazing bedside manner that really puts you at ease. To top it all off, they even have massage chairs! Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new dentist.
