The glasses I got have such a bad glare from the inside that I can't even use them. Their response was you can pay $65-$200 for a coating to fix it, when it should have been offered from the start. Wouldn't let me get the glasses I wanted because she said they couldn't get it with bifocals when the glasses I had on were the same kind with bifocals from a REAL Optical business. I will never use them again for anything ever. Update: So after I gave this review they sent me a letter saying I'm no longer welcome as a Customer Hahahaha what a joke they are and all this because of a low quality Arrogant receptionist and low quality glasses. No Wonder they are a 3 Star Business.

This place is... ok. Not the best at answering or returning phone calls. Staff is very friendly, however. My mother and I went for an eye exam a couple of months ago and sadly both of us came out with glasses that left us more blind than when we came in and nauseated. Regardless of this, I figured they'd have no problem rectifying the situation so I purchased an additional pair of glasses with transition lenses for driving. I was informed the transition lenses would be made at a different lab, so I had high hopes. Unfortunately, that pair also came in completely wrong. The office staff stated the labs cut corners, but I have no way of knowing who's truly at fault. My mother and I did not see the same optometrist, so I'm very confused as to why this is happening. I will agree with previous comments regarding rude receptionist. Front desk said I had to make an appointment to pick up sample contacts. I did and when I should up for appt, front desk handed me my prescription and said they didn't have samples for me. Then turns out they gave me incorrect prescription. I had to take time off work for appt they said I needed. I could have picked up prescription when I was as there for a dental appt the day before. Poor service.

I was satisfied with the service we received from the receptionist to the eye Dr herself, everyone was very kind and helpful.
