Dr. Simko at Calaveras Veterinary Clinic is truly the best veterinarian I’ve ever met! Her staff is amazing too!! 💖 They have cared for and fixed over a hundred rescue cats for me over the years, and I trust them completely with all my kitties. Her skill, compassion, and dedication go above and beyond every single time. I’m here multiple times a month, and every visit confirms how much she truly loves animals. I cannot recommend her highly enough — she’s a blessing to our entire community! 🐾

Had my Sadie girl in there twice and love the service. Due to liver failure I had to put her down. They were very caring and understanding. Hardest thing I had to do.

Very nice folks here was worth the drive. The gal at the front desk is very nice and a complete animal lover and it shows. Dr. Simko is a gem she knows her stuff and is so friendly and shows compassion. They have a beautiful clinic nestled in a rural area and I'm very pleased to have met them and will continue to bring my fur babies here. Thank you for all your help!

My dog had surgery here, and the level of attention, compassion, and follow-up care was above and beyond anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. She made sure my pup was comfortable and on the road to recovery every step of the way — on multiple visits she treated him as if he were her own. I live hours away, but I still make the trip for my dog’s check-ups because I trust her completely. She’s worth every mile, every minute, and every penny. If you want a vet who knows what she’s doing and truly cares, this is where you need to be.
