MAC Pharmacy

Never knew this was here. After the big ones pulled out and left us dry this is a blessing. Hope to see more fill the void left. A very clean and stocked pharmacy. Lots of items in stock for daily needs. The workers were very professional and courteous. Fast service with a smile.

A plus for convenience. They show they are open on holidays yet they are usually closed early the day before and all day the day of. People count on their meds. Now I have to go two days without my medication because I had my prescription sent their after looking online for a pharmacy open on holidays and it was a lie. Also the pharmacists always seem to have an attitude.

When I first started using this pharmacy, I liked the service and the speed. Now they don't send refills, the pharmacist doesn't return my calls, and the pharmacy staff hang up the phone when they answer. The service is hostile.

My girlfriend goes to mac on the east side of Cleveland (she lives on the west side). This has got to be the worst pharmacy in ohio. They are constantly out of her meds and NEVER contact her , she has to call them. The women that work their are rude when speaking too her and seem as if they dont want to be there..How do you not have meds on hand being a pharmacy. Lets hear all the excuses .oh and if 3 inches of snow falls they close their doors..
