M Health Fairview Urgent Care - Oxboro

This urgent care is my go-to place when I need immediate medical attention and can’t wait for a doctor’s appointment. Overall, I’ve had positive experiences here. The only downside is that the wait time can occasionally be long, but that’s expected at an urgent care. A big plus is the onsite pharmacy, which makes it convenient if the doctor prescribes any medication.

Checked in on the app, drove there, and was the first person in line to be seen, very slick! Dr. Lee was so friendly and had amazing bedside manner. The nurse was also very friendly. I recommend this urgent care if you want to get in fast and receive great care.

I must admit that I was reluctant to come here since I had a negative experience years ago. This time however I had a very positive experience. All staff and treating physicians were very kind, prompt, courteous, and professional. They took excellent care of me, and I'm glad that I decided to give them a second chance.

Fairview urgent I went there on a Monday morning without a appointment for a problem that couldn’t wait. The wait was an hour…not bad. All the staff were kind, respectful, and competent and my problem was resolved temporarily. But here’s why only one star: Unfortunately, when I got the bill in looked like they hadn’t submitted any claim to Medicare or my insurance. I called again to submit my insurance information there was still no claim. I tried to sign up on Mychart but my personal information was tagged as in invalid. They must have gotten my birthdate or other piece of information wrong. Then it dawned on me. I took another look at my bill. They miss-spelled my last name. Not only that, I got bills for an x-ray from two separate entities—a double charge.

I went in before Urgent Care was open, but was able to be seen by a nurse for an injury that needed immediate attention. They pointed me in the right direction as to where to get proper treatment, and were able to keep the bleeding under control. I felt cared for.
