recently purchased a pair of glasses from Warby, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, everything was top-notch — the selection, quality, and customer service were all exceptional. The glasses themselves are beautifully crafted. The frames feel sturdy but lightweight, and the lenses are crystal clear with excellent clarity and coating that cuts down glare. Whether you’re looking for stylish everyday wear or something more sophisticated, their range of designs has something for every taste. What really stood out was how comfortable the glasses are. Even after hours of wear, they never feel heavy or irritating behind the ears. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the finishing — smooth edges, precise hinges, and a premium feel overall.

Fantastic experience! The optician was friendly and helpful but didn't hover while I was trying on frames. She answered my questions, gave me my options, and grabbed regular lenses vs sunglasses lenses in the frames I chose to ensure I knew how they'd look as regular glasses/sunglasses. The optician checked my VSP coverage, completed my transaction ensuring the most beneficial reimbursement with my VSP plan, and made sure all my questions were answered. She was thorough yet efficient and effective, and I am THRILLED for my new frames to come in a few weeks!!

Customer service was top notch. The associate who assisted me was so helpful and supportive. The process was done efficiently and quickly. I felt like a valued customer in my interaction.

The sales person was very helpful. I am blind in one eye and need my glasses to see things up close. If she wasn’t able to help me I was a hurting unit for a while. Smile on her face she helped me to ease my anxiety and worked out a solution no questions asked. She was a life saver and deserves accolades all around not for the way in which she helped me but how she helped. There is a difference and it meant more to me than she knew. And I told her so. Bonus in her next Christmas stocking!
