My pops admitted here after being at a different facility where his health was deuterating. I must say Lynwood does everything in their power to care for their patients. Pops was here for approximately 5 months and is now home with my wife and I and his grandkids. Thompson family is grateful for the nursing staff at Lynwood and for the amazing team they have. Look no further, Lynwood Post Acute will do an extraordinary job with your loved one.

This is a great place to receive physical therapy. The nursing staff here is very well trained, they have great communication with their patients, well at least with me they did. It is a clean facility. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, even the patients were. I made a couple of friends here and it saddens me to know that I wont see them everyday but I promised I would go back to visit them. I really recommend this place, they take of you and get you home safe after your treatment and physical therapy with them. Thank you Lynwood and staff for caring for our community.

My family and I have so many wonderful things to say about this facility. Very clean, have an open outdoor patio for patients and families, they are very flexible with visiting hours, they honestly do try to accommodate patients and families as much as possible. Believe me when I say that I am a very picky person and this facility met my needs and most importantly, my mother's needs. My mother was a patient here and now she's back home with me. If you are search for a place, Lynwood Post acute is a very great facility. Call them.

This nursing home truly feels like home. The nurses are amazing kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. The environment is very comfortable and welcoming, which makes a big difference for residents and families. The food is also great and. I’m very grateful for the care provided here.

Lynwood Post Acute is a wonderful place. The facility is always clean and smells good. Warm welcoming since the moment we walked in. I had both my parents here, in the same room, they both left home the same day. This place really cares about people. Thank you Lynwood Post Acute!
