I went in as a new patient with zero pain to get a molar filling and was told I needed a root canal. I went ahead with the procedure and got the root canal done. I regret it. Too many red flags. Poor communication by the doc during my initial appointment when looking at my x-ray. Started to have pain after root canal was healed and complete. My temporary crown fell off in 2 days. My permanent crown chipped and broke. I decided not to attend my last appointment and told them about my experience over the phone. This all happened in a 4-month period. I was disappointed with my experience here. The explanation I received for gum sensitivity (on a certain spot) was vague and unhelpful. Instead of providing a clear, professional answer, I was told it was 'due to aging,' which didn't make sense for my situation and felt like a lazy response. If it was really about aging, it would be across board not just in one specific area so for him to blame it on aging is one of the laziest responses you'll get from any Dentist ! Communication and thorough explanations are important to me, and I didn't feel they were provided. I'm looking for a dentist who offers clear, professional guidance. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Joo Yoo! They are incredibly skilled and professional when it comes to dental care. Dr. Yoo did an excellent job fixing my teeth, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The staff was friendly, the clinic was clean and welcoming, and the care I received was outstanding. I recently visited Dr. Joo Yoo at Hope Dental for a teeth cleaning and X-rays, and the experience was excellent! Dr. Yoo was thorough, professional, and very gentle during the cleaning process. He explained everything clearly, making me feel comfortable and informed about my dental health. The X-rays were quick and painless, and the staff at Hope Dental were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Yoo and the team for their exceptional care and service!

Dont judge a book by its cover! This was the cleanest dentist office I have ever been to. The place is brand new one you get inside. What's even better is the service that doctor Yoo and his team provide. From making an appointment, to filling out new patient paperwork, getting x-rays and the actual cleaning everyone was so helpful and polite. They even worked with me as they were considered out of network with my insurance. This place seriously looks like a jail from the outside but blew me away when I walked in. If you're looking for a dentist in Lynwood this is the place. P.S. I was able to make a next day new patient appointment and they answer the phone, none of this automated service alot of places have.
