This is the place to get you teeth done everyone was so helpful and took there time with me. And they went out of there way and made me feel comfortable and relaxed they help me pick the best financial plan. Very grateful for there help. Also great customer service and I will name them all Kenia the manager super sweet and gracious Minnie she is at the front desk super sweet smiling at you and makes feel not rushed. Alyssa t.c, Andrew and Dr. Sarina Nala. Super sweet and went way and beyond they helped me relaxed and they made sure take their time. I told them I was afraid of needles and they made me comfortable and that is the best orthodontist I will continue to be a patient there. Ms. Natalie and doctor Chae have been nothing but helpful and polite and incredibly patient with me. They are both excellent hires and I hope they get treated with the same respect and kindness they have shown. As well as all the other employees as well this establishment in specific is run by very good people and I hope they continue to stay in business to hopefully take my own kids there one day as well. I appreciate them all so much.

I've had nothing but bad experiences with these new doctors , I miss .. Dr kim and his front desk staff.this new receptionist is horrible at her job , was quoted an amount and financed that amount only for her to tell me a month later hat it was going more money then I show up for my appointment only for the surgeon dentist to try to upsale for more money again i walked out went to a new dentist was treated much better I'm happy I guess I found my new dentist (smiles west in lynwood )
