This Place Is Trash, Staff Is Rude, Dr. Tiwari Is Lazy & Said My Eyes Had Inflammation, I Went To Dr Tavel. & They Said I In Fact Did Not Have Inflammation, But Instead, Light Sensitivity & Astigmatism. Dr Tavel Also Referred Me To Go To, Makris Vision Group & STRONGLY SUGGESTED, Me Not To Come Back To Whoever Looked At My Eyes, Which Was Dr. Tiwari, Staff & Doctors Are VERY RUDE & I STRONGLY SUGGEST, Thinking Twice Before Coming To This Terrible “Eye Center”.

Just had my second cataract removed on Tuesday and all is GREAT! I no longer need glasses at this time, but was explained that I might need readers in the future, but right now NO GLASSES! All staff are great and Dr. Tiwari is the best. He answers all questions and is a very nice and knowledgeable doctor. My husband also had both cataracts removed about a year and a half ago with the same results!

I was nervous going into Dr Tiwara. I couldn’t see well since birth. One eye was far sighted the other near sighted. The office staff made me feel at ease. Dr Tiwara did the impossible. I no longer need glasses or readers. I will forever be grateful.

Dr Tiwari was very knowledgeable about my rare form of glaucoma. He explained the surgery process so that I would know what to expect. He did the surgery and I had no issues. He had me come back that afternoon and my pressure was up which is common, they immediately treated it with a series of drops! I've always been seen right at my appointment time and he takes his time to answer any questions. His office staff has always been very kind and courteous. To the previous review, I was never asked about my vaccine status, they just require a mask to be worn as do most medical facilities

I waited over two hours between the waiting room and the exam room. Meanwhile the doctor could be heard on the phone arguing about credit card charges. It felt really disrespectful to keep patients waiting for him to be on the phone. When he finally came to exam me he was only in the room for about 3 minutes and said that he will just give it time and monitor it. I was told the exam would be covered by my insurance, but got a bill for a month later for over $200 when he literally did nothing to help me. I called to discuss it and left two separate voicemails and never heard back until my balance is in collections. This place is an absolute disgrace and I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. Please please select someone else.
