Five stars for Dr. Johnson and the team at Forefront Dermatology because of the three things that really matter to me as a customer: patient care, professionalism, and process. From a process perspective, getting an appointment, the communications leading up it and registration at the office were all easy, coordinated and seamless. I appreciated the organization and clarity. At my appointment, every staff member I interacted with was so professional, thoughtful, and kind. That goes a long way as I was walking in a bit unsure and anxious (I- don't- know- what- I- don't- know thoughts creeping in my mind). Dr. Johnson deserves ten gold stars for patient care. Dr Lydia Johnson has the most empathetic bedside manner. She’s excellent at explaining one’s condition and options for treatment. Her assistant is awesome too! Good eye contact, very respectful and approachable.
