I cannot say enough good things about Luxetone Hearing Aids Studio. I was rather nervous about getting my hearing tested and put it off for several years. Adam made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. The hearing evaluation was incredibly thorough--far more detailed than I expected. Adam took the time to explain my test results in layman's terms and answered all my questions in ways that I could understand. It was personal and professional. I left feeling confident and informed and highly recommend this place.

I needed to find a local hearing aid store to have my father's hearing aids checked. He had been having a lot of problems with one of them, and unfortunately, the clinic where he originally got the hearing aids did not have an audiologist on staff at this time. I was nervous about just picking one from the internet, but I had no choice. I found and called Luxetone to get some information: 1-were they taking new patients; 2-what was the cost; 3-how soon could we get in. I had to leave a voice mail so was skeptical about getting a return call with my answers. I was wary of the audiologists associated with my ear doctor's offices - I wanted to know about as many different hearing aids as possible - not just the ones they favored. I made an appointment with this place and they were so knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating that I wouldn't go anywhere else. Adam can actually program the hearing aid right there - and if your hearing changes, as happens often over time, he will work with you to get it to where you are comfortable with it. He can 'build' a hearing aid to your specifications and address your personal needs. I feel that this is the wave of the future; a knowledgeable, independent source for something that many of us will need as we age.
