At first, a year ago, my experience was good, until the quality of care from the staff began to decline. I don't know why I kept going there, given that blood draws were always painful. And my last experience was the worst. Dr. Gomez didn't order my Pap smear as a preventive measure, and when she sent me to the Hollywood clinic, despite having the worst medical experience, they charged me something inappropriate. Justifying this, a staff member from North Miami claimed to have warned me of the price, which is a lie, since if I had known, I wouldn't have gone. Suffer and pay for what?
