I had the most amazing experience with Andina at lux therapy. I tend to hold a lot of tension in my shoulders and back area, as im also a personal trainer and I reached out to Andina massage therapy care and not only did she give me a detailed consultation. I went forward with booking my appointment, She also educated me on things i can do to optimize comfort while strength training. I booked her mobile package and we did lymphatic draining, cupping as well as some trigger point massage. That she felt was best for my treatment plan at that time.
