My first visit at this office I arrived at 5:55 am. There were 3 people in the waiting area. Was told the Dr would begin seeing patients at 8am but I could give blood work before. Upon asking the receptionist if I could leave and return she told me to be back no later than 10am. The patients in the waiting area commented that most people just sign and go back home and return at 8am. Others shared they had to wake up at 4am to get there by 6am and be seen hours later. My antenas went up. I thought it was a bit inhumane to have people wait for hours (esp. if they weren't feeling well). But it was my first time there and I was giving this place a shot. I have been Dr. Vasquez's patient for around 7 years, he has been an outstanding Dr for me, taking good care of any health problems of my with professionalism and competence, and when was something where an specialist was needed, he didn't hesitated to give me a referred. He's a great human being that listen to you with attention and that'll try his best to help you out with your health situation.

Do NOT go there. I just reported them to my insurance and BBB. Horrible office, the girls at the reception desk are clueless and very rude. On numerous occasions I called this office to schedule appointments for different reasons, one time it was for my carpal tunnel and the girl at the front said they don’t do it and that I should come in at 6am every morning in hopes of seeing a doctor since they don’t take appointments, I told her she doesn’t know what she is talking about because my primary doctor THAT WORKS THERE specifically told me about the hand doctor in their facility, after going back and forth with her (she also spoke very bad English) another girl finally scheduled me. The staff at this medical office are knowledgeable, and very efficient and willing to help the patients.Dr Luis Vasquez is a very experienced M.D. and give his patients quality time and also he is is very compassionate and perform his.work in a very professional manner, I highly recommend him.

Wonderful people and a professional clinic. Dr. Vasquez takes great care of his patients. Highly recommend!
