Im very happy and a big shout out to Sarah for going above a beyond in helping me. This was my first pair of prescription glasses and she taught me alot about what to do and what not to do. Very informative!!!! I wish i remembered the blonde ladies name at the desk who welcomed me. She was very outgoing and pleasant also. Ludlow is fortunate to have them in our town.

Fabulous front office staff, technicians, doctors and optical assistance. I am very fortunate to be a patient there for the last decade!

A very pleasant experience. The professionals at the desk were very patient, kind, and accommodating. They were also very helpful in locating my vision plan. The medical assistant was very welcoming, kind, and efficient (she knew her way around the office and computer like it was the back of her hand. The glasses fitting specialist was very open, honest, patient, friendly, and helpful. (she will tell you the truth; which you NEED at a glasses fitting). The doctor was very thorough, knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and detailed. Combining state-of-the-art equipment and old-school techniques, you get the best of both worlds in your examination. (I just wish I had taken their names down to properly thank them on here).

I’ve been coming here for a few years and have had nothing but great service. Went in a couple months ago right at closing (which they stated would not be an issue at all) and were very polite about staying an extra few min to see me. I then get a bill in the mail to pay a service fee for coming in after hours. I was never told about a fee if the doctor stayed late. I understand why there’s a fee but it would have been appreciated if I was told this when I called before arriving.

Ludlow Eye is the best! I have been a patient for many years. The staff is amazing from the front desk to the doctors. I have referred them to several friends and family and will continue to do so. Thank you for being so accommodating with me, I really appreciate it!
