ConvenientMD Urgent Care

Very easy to schedule an appointment and very very easy to get to, it's seconds away from the Mass Pike exit. The wait time was very short. The professionals were very Swift and educated. I got all the medications I needed and all my questions answered. I really could not have asked for a better experience.

They are phenomenal. The medical care team there is always kind and considerate and their medial care is top notch. They’ve helped me a number of times over the last 5 years and they are my go-to for immediate help. The wait times are minimal - even as a walk-in they’ve seen me within 10 minutes. Reception is always helpful - also considerate and kind. Great experience every time.

The facility is superbly clean and welcoming with plenty of seating so you don’t have to sit on top of each other. Melissa who brought me in to the exact room was very friendly, comforting and efficient. Jackie, NP, also very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I was given my diagnosis in a timely manner as well as Jackie informed me of best interventions for my diagnosis. I was treated with respect and felt very comfortable there. I was in and out in no time! I am a nurse and often refer others to the Ludlow Convenient MD and now based on my own experience there, I will definitely continue to do so.

Honestly this is the best doctors office I have ever been too, if I could make it my doctor's office for every appointment I would. Everyone is so respectful and nice. I get a lot of anxiety going to the doctors and I did not feel this was at all. I have never experienced this at any point in my life until now. The doctors and staff are all so nice. I will come here instead of other places whenever I can. Absolutely awesome experience. I cant say enough good things.

Jhoan took care of my mother, and I’m truly grateful for the care she received. He was patient, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure both she and our family felt comfortable and informed. He never rushed the visit and treated my mother with genuine kindness and respect. Because of the way he cared for her, I would honestly come back anytime just to see him again. It’s reassuring to know there are providers like Jhoan who truly care about their patients, and I would highly recommend him!
