I chipped a molar and needed a cap. Although I wasn’t in pain, they took me in on the same day, got the info needed to file insurance, and scheduled me for a temp crown the next day. I feel to be honest they probably had cancellations because of snow, but they did great working me in and filing for my insurance. The price was within expectations, but I don’t know what I would have to do without insurance and if I was poor. Why can’t we have health care like Canada and Greenland? I feel privileged. They took good care of me. I would recommend them.

I was looking forward to the dental practice. The first visit was smooth, staff was friendly and the dentist made me feel comfortable. However, there were some things that weren't pleasant. Firstly, my information was wrong, even though the receptionist took my license. I didn't notice it until I took the prescription to the pharmacy. I've worked as a technician before and I know if the information does not match, they will not fill it. Also, the receptionist failed to explain all their policies; therefore, I was asked to pay a fee I wasn’t expecting to pay. I have had a couple of experiences at the dentist that left me feeling apprehensive about anything beyond a cleaning visit. I don’t consider myself an extremely anxious patient, but then again I put off getting this tooth fixed for over a year…so maybe I’ve been more nervous than I thought. For various reasons I needed to switch providers so I just called the closest one that took my insurance and I am so glad I did! I told them I had a painful tooth and they got me in the very next day. The doctor was SO patient and kind; he explained things about the problem tooth and showed it to me on the x-ray, took his time with the filling process and told me what he was doing every step of the way, and was very calming when I signaled that I need to take a break for a second. Katie does such a great job!! She takes the time to make sure the stains are off your teeth! She ask during your cleaning if your getting sensitive or how your doing to make sure your comfortable. I like the fact that she ask how life is treating you as far as work and family!! That means a lot to me that she's just not wanting to hurry and clean my teeth and rush me out the door. I switched to this dentist about a year ago. They have been a great improvement over my last dentist. Exams are thorough, but don't come away with recommendations that feel unnecessary and expensive like the last dentist office. They have worked me in for a cracked tooth and took great care of it. Hygienists are friendly and gentle. Dentist has been friendly and talkative.
