When calling the pharmacy, I have never gotten anyone to actually answer the phone. I always forced to leave a voicemail. I have never received a call back after leaving a voicemail with the pharmacy. This may be more efficient for CVS, but it is not conducive for good customer service.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Always have my prescriptions ready
Went to get medication this morning and checked the pharmacy hours and it said they were open at eight and got there sit in the line for an hour and they were closed. This is not right because I also went to pick up my prescriptions last night before eight and they were closed. So what do I do?
Can't even get someone on the phone. They only want to deal with automated telephone systems.
The gentleman was great with checking the discount cards to help me find a cheaper price for my meds. He really needs to smile at the customers.
