Family 1st has the best providers and the most amazing and caring staff! Dr. Kelley has changed my life completely!! I have lost 100 pounds and feel amazing and I have my confidence back!!! My entire family is well cared for at Family 1st, if you are looking for a practice that can meet your entire family’s needs then look no further!!

This WAS my primary care location. After multiple issues with their insurance person not correctly filing and having to call on pre authorizations myself, I've been forced to find somewhere else. The final straw for me was the insurance person coded my visit as a specialist instead of a PCP. This made my copay 60 instead of 30 and they billed me for the difference. I spoke to the owner and they told me not to pay it, that they would sort it out on their end. I just received a call from a collection agency this morning, so rather than properly fixing the issue like they told me they would, they instead turned the 60 dollars over to collections.

Great office with friendly staff. It’s the best doctor office I have been to, unlike other offices, they were very personal with you to get the answers and help you need; instead of rushing you out to get on with their day. Highly recommend the office if you are looking for friendly family staff!
