We have used Lowcountry Urgent Care once before and we received the same compassionate and knowledgeable care. There were 12 patients ahead of us and the wait was very reasonable, just around an hour and a half. The team worked very efficiently with one provider. Having worked in healthcare all my life, I was very impressed. They were sure to verify my husband was a Veteran as the facility is part of the VA network. We will not hesitate to go there should we need urgent care.

The front desk staff and the nurses were extremely nice and took their time to ask questions regarding my concerns. The nurse practitioner that examined me was rushed and I truly left feeling confused and unheard. I waited 20 minutes in the examination room and she spent 8 minutes with me.... I've visited this urgent care before and was seen by a Dr. Love who was very pleasant. I hope to see him back!

This place was more responsive than Memorial Hospital. I had an appointment at 11:00, and I was done around 12:00. The prescription was sent promptly, and picking it up was smooth and easy. Both the doctor and the nurse were easy to talk to and listened carefully to what I had to say. The facility was clean, which I appreciated.

The doctor was super friendly, explained everything clearly, and showed me exactly what I needed to do to help my situation. She made sure I had the right medicine and treatment plan, and I felt genuinely cared for. The nurses were also amazing—kind, attentive, and professional.
