I don’t know who these others saw, but Doctor Lovett has always been patient and caring toward my 90 yr old mother. She has elderly eyes and he has helped maintained her eye sight and given out referrals to take care of her eyesight, refers to the best ! I just went, corrected my contact prescription from a disaster from a cheap eye company, I can see now with my new contacts and they saved me money, thank you thank you

This office is going down! I have never been to an eye doctor that when you tell them you there for contact they still do glasses. Then say they don’t have any. I wast my time to go there and $45 dollars to see the doctor when I could have done some where else! It’s best to go to a doctor that have everything and do the experience. Even the glasses was limited! This was a horrible experience I will never be back!

The front desk staff was welcoming and professional, but unfortunately, the doctor was not people-friendly and came across as very dry and uninterested in servicing his clients. When my kids were having a quick snack, he spoke harshly, saying no food or drinks suppose to be in here—yet there were no signs indicating this rule. Had there been, I wouldn’t have allowed them to eat. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

Great experience last week at my eye appointment. The staff and Dr. Neal Lovett were friendly and professional. Thanks, Dr. Lovett and team!
