Dental Center Baxley

If I could give zero stars I would. I had a dental cleaning I had made for a month at 8am. I was never told these appointments were an hour and half. I hired a babysitter to watch my kids for an hour because normally cleanings don’t take that long. I was there 15 mins early and walked in the building at 8am and had filled my paperwork online expecting to be taking back at 8am. The hygienist didn’t even come in until 8:25am and when she did she did a phone call first making my already extremely late appointment later. I had to reschedule for again several months later. Not one staff member apologized. My time matters. If I was 30 mins late to an appointment I would probably have been charged and my appointment cancelled.

Dr Blanchard has an excellent personality and does great work! Staff and office are very professional and pleasant. Would recommend to anyone especially those with a fear of dentist!! NO PAIN!!

My experience was great as always! Loved the new look - very relaxing and refreshing! Kaitlin, as always, was wonderful! And Shannon is awesome! I would rather birth another child than ever suffer another toothache. It was bad. But they took such great care of me from the first call. My entire family will now be moving here for our dental care. Thank y'all so much

Friendly and helpful staff. Were a big help before and during our visit. Made our 6 year old enjoy her trip to the dentist. Clean and inviting loby.
