We've only been once so far, but from scheduling to PUTTING her braces on the SAME day..it was perfect 👌 the staff was literally the sweetest! Grace will have braces for 3 years so we have a while to be blessed with these sweet sweet ladies!! Thank yall for making my baby feel so beautiful about her braces as well! She loves them and the office!!
Both the Moultrie and Baxley locations were very patient and understanding. Always made sure I was satisfied with the process and never tired to rush the process. They were super informative.
This is Lisa Lee. Smiles in the Baxley office, they were all very nice. They explained everything and answered all my questions. They made it enjoyable.
Don't expect the emergency line to answer your call or call you back after leaving a voice message. Went to get my bottom brackets put on after a month of having the top brackets put on. Didn't take but a couple of hours for my bracket to break off my tooth and accidentally swallowed it while eating dinner. Decided call the on call emergency number from 8 p.m to 8:50 p.m. no call was answered and there was no call back until 7 a.m the next day. Poor service
