This place has closed and I have been trying to reach them as they did not send in my scripts for the next 2 months. There is or was a woman who handled the copay for insurance and had called and threatened me to not be able to get my scripts until I played a very small amount of $22.00 which I had not been made aware of the copay. I am a disabled older lady who needs her medicine. This woman was so condescending and spoke down to me. Again after being told the clinic was closing I was assured that once they received the payment of $22, they would call in my prescription for the next two months, but they did not!!!! So they apparently do not care how this would affect me or the withdraw I would suffer from not having to of my prescriptions. I've called the office number over 20 times to
