Lotus Tree Massage

Do not go here! I’m having to press charges for fraud. I booked an appointment it was canceled had to reschedule Elizabeth the massage therapist never showed and will respond to emails or txt or call to refund my money. Don’t book with these people. Apparently there have been at least 7 others that has had this happen to them.

Elizabeth canceled twice. Cannot get a return on my prepaid massage. STAY AWAY!!!

I have been trying to resolve a gift card vs credit card payment with Elizabeth for months now. She knew prior to the massage that this issue needed to be resolved and agreed to get on her PC after the massage and help straighten things out and I have yet to hear anything back. Multiple emails to her email (I have a paper trial to prove it), voicemails to the business phone number, and even an email to the business website and I haven’t heard anything back. Too bad because I would really like to help a local business out but their lack of professionalism and accountability in this situation has left a bad taste.

I have had massages all over the US, Mexico, and Italy. The massage experience I had with Elizabeth was hands down the best I've ever had. I have Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos which causes me to have lots of pain. I left the session feeling relaxed and my trigger points gone, without pain. I've never had a session before where my trigger points were worked on and it didn't cause pain, or soreness for days after. I live in a different state otherwise she would be my regular therapist. Anytime I go back to visit my family back "home" I will be booking a session. Amazing experience!

On Black Friday 2023, I received an email from Lotus Tree Massage, offering a great deal for 90 minute massages. I purchased 2 online immediately as it was a deal of the day. My plan was to gift them to my daughter and my husband. Here we are, end of April, and still neither of the two have been used. My daughter has been attempting to get in touch with Elizabeth (the owner) since end of May to schedule an appointment. Finally getting through, Elizabeth responded via text and scheduled my daughter an appointment for Monday, April 8th at 2pm. My daughter showed up and no one answered the door. I advised her to give them time as Elizabeth might be finishing up with a previous client. She waited 15 minutes then I began trying to contact Elizabeth since I was the one who purchased these massa
