I am writing to express my concern regarding the handling of my mom’s prescriptions transfer from CVS to your pharmacy, which I worked on with pharmacist Prakash. Despite repeated follow-ups over nearly 3 weeks, the transfer was never completed. On multiple occasions, Mr. Prakash indicated he would contact CVS and provide updates, yet communication was inconsistent and unclear. At one point, he seemed confused about the origin of the prescriptions, even asking if they were from Walmart, despite my clearly stating they were from CVS. I sent a follow-up text asking for an update. The message was seen, but I did not receive a response. It has now been almost three weeks, and prescriptions were never transferred. We changed from Rite Aid last year and it was the best thing we did moving to Mechanicsburg. No waiting in line and the Pharmacist Prakash and tech Tanka are very friendly . I use Zepbound and I have lost 62 pounds with Prakash’s guidance. He was s always asking do you have a question. He does it with a smile.
