The clinic is one of the best ived happen to go to in a long time staff is attentive and treats you like family appointments are quick and dont take up alot of time specially for myself being a young adult working the faster im seen the better 😀. 5/5 id recommend to friends and family for sure.

It started with a simple prescription issue. I asked the lady to send a prescription to Tallahassee, FL. She said, “We can’t send prescriptions out of state.” I had to explain that Tallahassee is in Florida, yet she still refused to help. Thankfully it seems like a coworker was next to her because after that call someone else called and apologized for the misunderstanding, but even then the problems continued… My 20-year-old sister had a biopsy & ultrasound done and was told the doctor would call with results. A month passed. Every time we called, they reassured us the doctor would call us to give us the results. Finally, my sister called again and was told, “We can’t give you the results because you’re a minor and need a parent’s consent.” Confusing, since she is 20. So our mom went to t

This is the worst medical center I have EVER been to. I don’t even know where to begin. First the doctor could not find my cervix!! Then I had to wait about a week to get my prescription because they could not properly send it to the pharmacy, forcing me to make several calls back and forth with the pharmacy and this office. They set up appointments and take care of you an hour later. I had an appointment for labs today, when I come in they say they don’t see the order! For an appointment set up weeks in advance, which was again confirmed by them yesterday. I left the office as I realized they did not know what they were doing, followed by me calling them back to see if I could speak to the doctor. Buenas, tengo una amiga que recién se registró en esta clínica, ella está súper contenta desde que empezó, vimos la clínica un día que pasamos por la 36st del NW y la 22 Ave y ella me dice, yo quiero conocer esa clínica, yo la lleve y desde que entró la atención fue excelente, buen trato, hablan español para los pacientes que no hablan inglés, tienen parqueo para los pacientes si vienen en sus autos o los trae un Uber, muy limpio, no ves papeles ni basura alrededor, yo tampoco conocía la clínica y ya la estoy recomendando, le pedí tarjetas y se las doy a las personas mayores que conozco, ya 2 se registraron, que más les puedo decir, vayan y después me cuentan como les fue, gracias

Las chicas en recepción son súper amables y siempre te reciben con una sonrisa además de ser profesionales. La atención es muy buena, me sentí cómoda y segura todas las veces que fui.
