Dr. Bidot and her team are truly exceptional. She’s a young doctor with an old-school approach to patient relationships—thoughtful, attentive, and deeply caring. I couldn’t ask for more from a physician or her staff. All three of my kids have been seeing her since she opened, and every year, they continue to raise the bar in the care and kindness they show my children.

I wanted to stay in this practice because of Dr. Bidot, but the staff is lazy, rude, and unprofessional. They leave u on hold for long periods of time. Forget asking for any referrals or documents they’re turn around time needs to be a week. They are un-sympathetic to any issue or problem you might have related to the patient. They are either making inappropriate comments or just not wanting to do their work. Really sad to see such a good doctor with poor staff.
