Rodriguez should retire or at least lose the privilege of serving veterans. He has blamed both me and the labs for his poor skills. Highly unprofessional. Instead of admitting that he can't do the job, he told me that I was giving him PTSD because I "bite down differently". I'm no dentist but even I know it's impossible to "bite down". If that didn't work, he blamed the lab. He actually fired me as a patient because I wouldn't accept his shoddy work. I left Loop Dental with ill-fitting dentures, and a broken tooth. I looked into suing him for malpractice but, since the VA paid and I couldn't show injury, no attorney was interested. I lost over 20lbs because eating with the trash dentures he gave me was extremely aggravating and I haven't been able to finish a full meal. No one should lose

I’m not a great patient have very high anxiety and low tolerance for pain every effort was made to make me comfortable I recommend dr Rodriguez and Miguel I was a difficult patient and I know it but they got me through it (Lisa pitts)

“Loop Dental is by far the most unprofessional dental office I have ever encountered. The staff is not only disrespectful but also dismissive of patients’ concerns, creating a hostile and uncomfortable environment. They consistently fail to follow HIPAA standards, as private and sensitive patient information can easily be overheard in the waiting area. Beyond these serious privacy issues, the lack of empathy and genuine care for patients is shocking. Simple questions or requests are often met with impatience or rudeness, making what should be a routine appointment extremely stressful. It is deeply concerning that a healthcare provider would operate in this manner, showing so little regard for patient well-being and comfort. I have been going to this clinic for a few years now and I always receive exceptional service. They send out appointment reminders in a timely manner and after any procedure I would receive a courtesy call to see how I am doing. I recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist area. Dr. Rodriguez and his crew are the best in Killeen!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Rodriguez has been phenomenal and has done amazing work for me. All his work has been top notch. He's done everything from extractions, to crowns, to partials for me. Thanks to him and his amazing staff for fixing my smile.
