Longstreet Clinic Urgent Care

I saw Dr West and she is amazing. She listened to me, asked questions, and was able to help me get the antibiotics I needed to finally start healing and feeling better. As a chronic illness and pain patient a lot of doctors think that’s all I’m there for instead of helping me. I appreciate when doctors look at me as a normal person who gets sick sometimes because that is what was going on. Thank you

TLC Urgent Care is a great resource for the community. The staff is caring and knowledgeable. The wait is usually quite short and I always leave feeling confident that my medical needs are met. Special thanks to Cheryl and Jeff!

I can only speak about the absolute great care both my wife and I get from Dr. Javellana, she is absolutely brilliant. When you go into the office with her you're not treated like a stranger but as family- your health is her main focus and you are going to get honest advice and Encouragement from her keep your health as your number one target.

It was easy making an appointment and I was happy that they took me right in. Both the nurse and PA were knowledgeable and friendly. The x-ray tech was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. The one lady at the front desk was very friendly but the other younger girl was so, so. I hope I don't have to go back, but if I do, it will be at the Longstreet Urgent Care center.

Waiting room 1/3 full Front desk tells me there's a 90 minute wait because they're short on providers. I understand it is the holidays but my impression is they have no sense of urgency. In fact there's possibility they are intentionally delaying care to prove a point to their management staff. 12-26-2025
